Each of the six units has an upper & lower level condo (that’s 12 condos total) with a double-door lockout feature. Guests wishing to rent out an entire unit should rent the upper (A) & lower (B) level together. Renting a whole unit would provide 8 full beds - 4 bedrooms, 2 sleeper sofas & 4 bathrooms. The 2630 sq. ft. living area is perfect for up to a dozen people to have a great time in a private setting. In fact, two of the most attractive features of the house are a huge private back yard, surrounded by timber on 3 sides, a farm field on the other side, and you are on the bordering property to the golf course. The RED HOUSE consists of: 12 Twin-sized beds - 6 bedrooms Satellite T.V. There is a wooded view of the 18th hole bridge from the back deck. the house is surrounded by timber on three sides with a large yard with a fire pit along the driveway on the other side of the house. *THE RED CABIN* CLICK HOUSE FOR A VIRTUAL TOUR				THE RED CABIN This small, 980 sq. ft., two-story house was purchased by GRRGC owners in 2000 and converted into the very first Stay & Play cabin. This peaceful and fairly secluded cabin has lovingly been nicknamed the “Bachelor’s Bungalow” by one of our loyal Stay & Play groups. Since it's old and rustic, it's more geared toward a guy's group instead of couples or ladies. It is located on the west side of the golf course and is a short walk away from a magnificent view of the Mississippi River. The RED CABIN consists of: 8 Twin-sized beds - 3 bedrooms Satellite T.V.
